I went up to the house we are having built in Olocau this evening and what a dilemma. Because of circumstances beyond my control we haven't got the cash to go through with the purchase this month unless we get another quite large mortgage so we are thinking of selling it, but it is just so good. Absolutely fabulous to tell the truth so we really don't want to let it go.
It's not really a moral dilemma because we could take it on and try to get more on the mortgage to pay the first years repayments. We could also put the office in and experiment with the Wimax project too. Any ideas on what to do?
